This is the double sofa bed bedroom, located in the basement, just downstairs via 8 iron stairs from the kitchen with a view onto the communal fruit tree garden.

It can be used as a double bedroom or just fold the sheets put it back to a large sofa and you have space to relax in a sitting dining room, do yoga, pirates or watch TV on your laptop/tablet in comfort too. It still costs the same price whether you request the sitting room or as a bedroom.

If you rent the 1st floor double bedroom and want to use the basement as a sitting room rather than a double bedroom please enquire for it and you will have it. See prices. With a sitting room there is a 10% discount.
