Small to medium dogs are welcome at Rent a room Townhouse for a small additional charge per night. I understand that pets are part of the family, a friend or just a mascot and we want to ensure they are comfortable too. Please provide your own pet bed and food bowl for your furry companion.
NOT permitted on any item of furniture and be careful when on the roof terrace.

Our mid-range linen, made from a soft and nice-to-the-skin cotton and polyester blend, ensures a comfortable night's sleep. We also provide a large duvet upon request for added warmth and coziness. At Rent a room Townhouse, we believe in providing quality without the luxury price tag.
In the autumn stays, if needed, in the evenings, a safe gas estufa heater is available and very cost effective too.
There is also a large very powerful fan provided if warmth gets too much but open the windows, leave the blinds shut and always leave the terrace door open when in, for a lovely fresh summer breeze or even a mid October breeze and draw the turquoise curtain carefully.
