The view from this single bedroom goes through to the double bedroom on the 1st floor, the bathroom is in inbetween with a sliding door.
To be used for the use of the sliding large double wardrobe for guests and luggage sgorage at the moment.

This is the main entrance to the Townhouse, the door on the left must be kept shut at all times.
Dining area for 4 with table cloth & place mats & fruit bowl.
There is room to move the table to have a better view of the fruit tree garden if you so wish.
This is the utility room located next to the roof top terrace, where you can use the washing machine and sleep in the single bed during summer months only, it is ready to rent.
So a deal for a couple to rent the 1st floor double bedroom.and the single bedroom upstairs for a child over 6 or 7 years or for 3 friends too. There is a small wardrobe too.
There is also a mountain bike and cycling hat to hire at 10 € per day at request. please enquire, it is a new bike, used few times and is up on the wall for storage and safety.
You must however look after the bike and repair anything that happens to it whilst rented.
