There is a F/F, electric oven, safe gas hob to cook on, as some have on many occasions, NEW gas boiler correctly regulated and safe to use and must not be touched or moved! Repsol gas certificate on top of F/F, kettle for tea & coffee, dinner set, cooking saucepans, wine glasses, mugs & cups, gas hob lighter, bottle & can opener, veggy pealer, salt & pepper shakers, cooking oil container, salad bowl, wooden utensils, plastic cutlery to take to poolside and beach, shelf unit to store dry foods and other food items, fairy liquid & sponges, iron. Ice cube maker.

Fire blanket & First aid kit on top of F/F, smoke alarm, 1 battery operated carbon monoxide alarm, 1 charged digital carbon monoxide alarm with room temperature and more.

This is the same double bedroom with different sheets, located on the 1st floor, next door to the bathroom and with private access to the roof top terrace and another single bedroom by 10 safe stairs and with hand rails.
