Its all about feeling comfortable. We provide a nice experience that makes you feel at home. Not too posh that you feel you cannot treat it like being at home but a great Townhouse. Perfect for business travellers, tourists, couples, friends, holiday makers and a small family with a children from 6yrs or older, our rooms offer the ideal stay/holiday for exploring the area or simply relaxing or having fun!
This large NEW double sofa bed is situated in the basement, just 8 stairs down from the kitchen. Also has a small table for 2 or 3 if you fancy eating your meals there or to use as a work desk / work space in tranquility with a small view of the communal fruit tree garden & patio.
Can be used as a relaxing place to read, work away from the office and for a comfortable sleep too, with storage for clothes and shoes too.
If you would like to use it as an extra sitting room with dining for 2, a space for yoga or some other exercises aswell please request as this instead of a double bedroom.
Very comfortable & spacious, this room is very cool in summer months too, compared to the others but there are 2 very large & powerful portable floor fans that can be moved about where needed. Personally I never stay in when there for more than 2 days.

You can also relax on the comfy & cushioned double palleted seater sofa, very comfortable and private too. Great for a romantic snuggle on the terrace with privacy and a mountain view.
With a shade sail for those who do not like alot of sun and of course the views if that's your cup if tea!
My rooms are designed with your comfort in mind. Each room is open, light, clean nd airy, ensuring a pleasant stay. The private access to the rooftop terrace offers a relaxing space to unwind, either in the spa tub or on the comfy pallet seat for snuggles & with a great mountain view with lots of privacy too!
When you get in touch and book a room in my Townhouse, you not only can use the bedroom, you can use the rest of the house too. Its to give you a choice of the bedroom you would like to sleep. So for example,
if you book 1 of the double bedrooms, either the 1 on the 1st floor or the one in the basement you cannot use the other double bedroom at all to sleep or relax although if you are only 1 couple and you want to book just the basement double bedroom you can still go through up to the terrace but must not use the double bedroom on the 1st floor at all! If you do, you will lose some of your deposit, as there are costs involved, but if you are all friends you can compromise with each other too.
THE BASEMENT can be rented to use as s sitting room instead.
It can be used as a double bedroom or just fold the sheets put it back to a large sofa and you have space to relax in a sitting dining room, do yoga, pilates or watch TV on your laptop/tablet in comfort too. It still costs approx the same price whether you request the sitting room or as a bedroom. There is a good space for children to play with their toys, read or play board games, whatever their game.
