1st floor double bedroom & 2nd floor summer single bedroom.
I chose the rent a room townhouse because I would like my guests to choose which bedroom to rent with the use of the house as well, included, minus the other bedrooms. This includes the kitchen, bathroom, terrace, living room and dressing room with large wardrobe and mirror.
The 1st floor double bedroom has private access to the roof top terrace, via 10 stairs, and a summer single bedroom which would ideally suit a couple with a child over 6 yrs or 3 very good friends, located on the 2nd floor next to the terrace.
Alternatively if the double bedroom is not rented but the single one is then the double bedroom cannot be used at all so ideally a group or family of 3 welcome. Or just a couple for the double bedroom.
If the double bedroom is rented but the single summer bedroom is not then the single bedroom cannot be used at all.
This double bedroom is next door to the bathroom and dressing room / luggage storage
THE BASEMENT can be rented to use as s sitting room instead.
It can be used as a double bedroom or just fold the sheets put it back to a large sofa and you have space to relax in a sitting dining room, do yoga, pilates or watch TV on your laptop/tablet in comfort too. It still costs the same price whether you request the sitting room or as a bedroom.
