1st floor double bedroom & 2nd floor summer single bedroom.
I chose the rent a room townhouse domain, because Id like my guests to choose which bedroom to book with the use of the house as well, included, less the unbooked bedrooms.
The 1st floor double bedroom has private access to the roof top terrace, via 10 stairs, and a summer single bedroom which would ideally suit a couple with a child over 6 yrs or 3 very good friend or relatives, located on the 2nd floor next to the terrace.
Alternatively if the double bedroom is not booked but the single one is then the double bedroom cannot be used at all, so ideally a group or family of 3 welcome. Or just a couple for the double bedroom.
If the double bedroom is booked but the single summer bedroom is not then the single bedroom cannot be used.
This single bedroom is a lovely room for a teenager, adult or child 6yrs and over accompanied by parent/s in the double bedroom as shown on this page.
It is a spacious bedroom with wardrobe. It does have a washing machine in this room and a safe secure bicycle fixed to the wall too.
They have to be booked separately via the buttons shown but if the child is under 10 yrs he/she can stay in the single room for free.
There would be a suppliment to pay if only one adult books the 1st floor double bedroom as its for 2 and would have to pay the full price.
