At Rent a room Townhouse, we aim to make your booking experience as smooth as possible, from initial reservation to your departure. Here, you'll find everything you need to know about our payment methods and refund policy.

PLEASE NOTE

On making and paying for a booking of a double bedroom, this includes use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room & the terrace

Payments

When making a booking for any length of stay, you will need to pay in full straight away into a bank account, details given on booking via email.

Refunds

Bookings for 2 nights are NON refundable.

For bookings over 2 nights you have 24 hours to cancel the booking before arrival via email to get a refund.

If you have to leave earlier, for what ever reason you must say why via email and give 24 hours notice to get a refund of the rest of your intended stay.

If you wish to leave earlier because you do not like the property or town you have to say why via email as you may lose your money for the whole booking, bearing in mind there are other parties interested. I can refuse to give a refund as the property is as shown on the website.

Please be aware that bookings of 2 nights are non-refundable. For any other bookings, cancellations must be made within 24 hours before arrival to be eligible for a refund. We recommend reviewing these terms before confirming your reservation.

This is a fully fitted wooden kitchen with space for all types of foods. There is a F/F, electric oven, safe gas hob to cook on, as some have on many occasions, NEW gas boiler correctly regulated and safe to use and must not be touched or moved! Repsol gas certificate on top of F/F, kettle for tea & coffee, dinner set, cooking saucepans, wine glasses, mugs & cups, gas hob lighter, bottle & can opener, veggy pealer, salt & pepper shakers, cooking oil container, salad bowl, wooden utensils, plastic cutlery to take to poolside and beach, shelf unit to store dry foods and other food items, fairy liquid & sponges, iron. Ice cube maker.

Fire blanket & First aid kit on top of F/F, smoke alarm, 1 battery operated carbon monoxide alarm, 1 charged digital carbon monoxide alarm with room temperature and more.

This is the same double bedroom with different sheets, located on the 1st floor, next door to the bathroom and with private access to the roof top terrace and another single bedroom by 10 safe stairs and with hand rails.
