At Rent a room Townhouse, we aim to make your booking experience as smooth as possible, from initial reservation to your departure. Here, you'll find everything you need to know about our payment methods and refund policy.

PAYMENTS

PLEASE NOTE

On making and paying for a booking of a double bedroom, this includes use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room & the terrace

PAYMENTS

When making a booking for any length of stay, you will need to pay in full straight away into a bank account, details given on booking via email together with a receipt of payment.

REFUNDS

Bookings for 2 nights are NON refundable.

For bookings From 2 - 4 nights, you have 24 hours to cancel the booking before arrival via email to get a refund.

For bookings longer than 5 nights you will have to cancel within 48 hrs after making the booking to get a refund.

If after booking for longer than 2 nights and after checking in to the Townhouse you wish to shorten your stay, there will be No refund. 

If you wish to leave earlier because you do not like the property or town you have to say why via email as you may lose your money for the whole booking, bearing in mind there are other parties interested. I can refuse to give a refund as the property is as shown on the website.

Please be aware that bookings of 2 nights are non-refundable. For any other bookings, cancellations must be made within 48 hours before arrival to be eligible for a refund. We recommend reviewing these terms before confirming your reservation.
